What happens if my message is long?

Past 160 characters it counts as 2 messages. We show that before you send, so nothing surprises you. Emoji cost extra too, and we say so.

Can messages come from my own name?

Yes. Ask for a name like STMARYS (up to 11 letters). The networks approve it in about 2 weeks. It's free with a GHS 500 top-up, and everything works meanwhile.

What if a message doesn't go?

You get it back. Anything that fails before leaving us is refunded automatically, and the report names every number that did not make it.

How does topping up work?
